As the owner and founder of Aligned Approach TC, I bring over 12 years of hands-on industry experience to streamline and support the real estate process for Realtors, brokerages, and their clients. My journey began as a Broker\u2019s Assistant and grew until I oversaw a Top Producing team as Director of Operations, where I developed a strong foundation in real estate operations and a deep appreciation for the details that make a transaction run smoothly. The daughter of a 30-year Marine, I was raised to value discipline, precision, and a job done right the first time \u2013 principles that have become the cornerstone of my business. I take pride in training and leading my team to exceed industry standards, ensuring that every transaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
