As the owner and founder of Aligned Approach TC, I bring over 12 years of hands-on industry experience to streamline and support the real estate process for Realtors, brokerages, and their clients. My journey began as a Broker’s Assistant and grew until I oversaw a Top Producing team as Director of Operations, where I developed a strong foundation in real estate operations and a deep appreciation for the details that make a transaction run smoothly. The daughter of a 30-year Marine, I was raised to value discipline, precision, and a job done right the first time – principles that have become the cornerstone of my business. I take pride in training and leading my team to exceed industry standards, ensuring that every transaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency. From contract to close, my goal is to provide seamless support that allows our partners to focus on what they do best – serving their clients.
